André van der Merwe brings 15 years of industrial refrigeration experience across SANS 10147 inspections, compliance, pressure equipment regulations, projects, engineering & operational leadership throughout Southern and Eastern Africa. That experience has created a clear conviction: the industry can preserve its hard-earned technical knowledge while still moving much faster toward what comes next.
